UXR is the process of understanding the impact of a design on its audience. More broadly, UX research involves systematic tracking of users and their requirements to add context and insight into the UX design process. In this research, we examine and analyze user experiences.

We use various methodologies, techniques and tools to draw conclusions, determine facts and discover problems that we can use in the design process.
