A lawyer since 2000, with many years of experience in the field of non-governmental organizations dealing with legal education and human rights, as well as education in the field of sustainable development, leadership, development of local initiatives and shaping civil responsibility.
In parallel with her experience in non-governmental organizations, she has extensive experience in commercial structures. First, She worked as a commercial lawyer, and then as a manager and leader of teams of 100 people. Expert in development, commercial budgeting, description of business processes. She has many years of experience in project management and implementation both in Poland and abroad. Author, co-author and reviewer of numerous textbooks and books in the field of legal education and human rights education. She was a member of the team responsible for translating the Council of Europe manual on human rights education COMPASS into Belarusian. An expert in the development and organization of educational events, conferences, training, schools, master classes, with a number of modern techniques.
Currently, she is an active participant in initiatives in Belarus and abroad to help Belarusians repressed due to their participation in the protest movement after the presidential elections in August 2021.
