Labor market expert, Trainer, Career advisor. Organizer of over 300 events devoted to education and the labor market. He has over 10 years of professional experience in the field of career counselings, including international job placement. She is a certified EURES Advisor at the European Commission. She gained professional experience as an Advisor to the European Employment Services, a Correspondent of the European Youth Portal and an Assistant to educational projects for young people. She was responsible for coordinating the network of European Employment Services at the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy in Warsaw and career counsellor at the Education Development Center in Warsaw.

She was an external expert in the area of the labor market at the Sectoral Council for Competencies of the Marketing Communication Sector. She also served as Talent Manager at the Problematy Foundation. She was awarded, during the Initial Training Conference in 2015 in Italy, for creating a project with an international team entitled “Spot on you” in the area of technological solutions for job seekers on the www.eures.eu portal. She completed the international Social Innovation Brokers Training 2023 training as part of a project financed by EEA funds and Norwegian Grants. Currently, she is involved in the implementation of the project titled SPARK – CO2 reduction through by social innovation: exploring digital instruments.
