Doctor of Physical Culture, assistant professor at AFiS in Gdynia. He publishes articles in Poland and abroad. Councillor of Gdynia of the 7th term. He received the Pomeranian Local Government Medal in 2016. A researcher of the history of Gdynia and an enthusiast of military facilities, through which he leads tours to Gdynia’s students. The originsator and co-author of the map “Fortifications of Gdynia and its surroundings”, which was a hit in 2015 and 2016. He set out and marked the Oksywie Tourist Path (yellow boards along the road), which includes, among others, pedestrian and bicycle route along ul. Zielona, the favourite place for physical activity of the inhabitants of Oksywie, Pogórze, Obłuże and Babie Doły in Gdynia.
Nordic Walking and Self-Defense instructor. Judok expert of “FLOTA” with a black belt, medalist of the Polish Junior Championships. As a councillor, he actively supports the activities of the “Inicjatywa ARKA” Association and WKS “Flota”. Originator and organizer of walking rallies promoting Kashubia and the Gdynia Jubilee (Winter Rally, Kashubian Rally, Walk around Kępa Oksywska with OPEC, Rally in the footsteps of the Defenders of Kępa Oksywska). The organizer of the extreme Sea Stations of the Cross leading along the Oksywie beach from the church of St. Saint Michael the Archangel, through the parish in Babie Doły to the church of St. Holy Spirit at ul. Zielona. For many years, he has been the good spirit of organization of Christmas Eve and Easter breakfasts for the lonely at O.O. Franciscans.
