Founder and CEO of the SOC TECH LAB Foundation (formerly the Institute of Research and Local Development). He works as a Green Digital Designer and Social & UX Researcher. He designs and implements green digital products. He conducts audits of digital maturity, digital needs and training for business in the field of digital transformation, including: as part of the SME Manager Academy of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. He’s a social researcher, educator and project manager by education. A graduate of doctoral studies at the University of Lower Silesia in Wrocław. He studied and carried out research internships in Poland, Great Britain, Iceland, Norway and Estonia. He’s associated with the non-profit sector since 2001.

He’s also a graduate of international programs, including: Digital Transformers implemented by SALTO Inclusion & Diversity Resource Centre, Social Innovation Brokers by  Linking Foundation (Polska) i ECWT (Norwegia), Platform Cooperatives Now Mondragon Unibertsitatea & Cooperative Digital Economy at The New program. A graduate of the Innovation Department Shipyard Foundation. Member of mySociety –  Action Lab #4, bringing together experts and researchers in civic technologies. As a Mobile Advisor for Sector 3.0 since 2019 (FRSI program i Polish-American Freedom Foundation) he supports organizations in improving their digital competences. He publishes articles on Medium.com.

Originator and manager of the Festival of Social Innovation and Technology and the Idea-thon of Social Innovation and Technology. Author of innovations in the field of the labor market – QualiHired within TransferHUB.

Socio-professional activity 2001-2021
Originator and coordinator of the Tech4NGO Academy for NGOs and the IT sector. Founder and moderator of the Social Dialogue Group for civic technologies. Councilor of the Biskupin-Sępolno-Dąbie-Bartoszowice Housing Estate Council in the 2017-2021 term. Secretary of the Wrocław Council of Public Benefit Activities in the 2017-2020 term. Secretary of the Provincial Social Council for People with Disabilities at the Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in the 2007-2011 term. Author and coordinator of activities in the field of 3.5. Directions for the development of the social dialogue structure under the Strategy for the development of cooperation between the city of Wrocław and non-governmental organizations for 2018-2022. Member of the National Consulting Network of Leaders. Participant of the “Citizens Decide – Residents Decide” program. Author and coordinator of the civic campaign “Wrocław’s inhabitants decide”. Certified trainer of the Council of Europe in the field of human rights education. One of the authors of the Social Alternative Report on the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Poland. Graduate of the 13th School for Civil Society Leaders in 2005.

He worked in the third sector, local government and business, including: the Department for People with Disabilities of the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Wrocław Integration Center, Arbitration and Mediation Center in Wrocław, Tallinn Helen’s School (Tallinn, Estonia), Lower Silesian Federation of Non-Governmental Organizations, Polish Association of the Deaf, Activation Foundation – Center for Education and Vocational Activation of People with Disabilities He was an expert at the State Fund for Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities and the Methodical Center for Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance.
